At Harkcart, we aim to provide reliable and transparent shipping for all orders worldwide.

Order Processing Time

  • In-stock / ready-to-ship products: 1–3 business days

  • Custom, personalized, or pre-order items: 5–15 business days

Please note that orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery times are estimated from the date your order is shipped.

Important Notes

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Remote locations and islands may require additional delivery time.

  • Processing time is not included in shipping estimates.


Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be canceled.

If you no longer want the item after delivery, you may contact our support team to begin the return process according to our Return & Refund Policy.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

If your tracking information has not updated after 5 business days, please contact us.


Lost or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. Please ensure your shipping and billing information is accurate before completing checkout.

If an error was made on our side, we will fully replace the order at no additional cost.

If shipping protection or insured shipping was selected during checkout, eligible lost packages may qualify for a replacement or refund.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.


Remote Areas & Limited Tracking

For some remote countries or regions, tracking updates may be delayed or limited during transit.

In these situations, we recommend contacting your local postal service for the latest delivery information.


Reshipment Policy

If a package is returned due to:

  • an incorrect address provided by the customer,

  • failed delivery attempts,

  • refusal to accept the package,

  • or inability to contact the recipient,

the customer may be responsible for reshipment fees.


Shipping Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • customs inspections,

  • severe weather,

  • carrier disruptions,

  • public holidays,

  • natural disasters,

  • or other circumstances beyond our control.
