How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before processing begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos or videos of the damaged item.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
How do I request a return?
You can request a return within 5days of receiving your order.

When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Banks or card providers may require additional processing time.
Do I need to pay customs or import fees?

My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my package
