At Harkcart, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Window

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address and shipping details.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • a damaged item,
  • a defective product,
  • or the wrong item,

contact us immediately with photos or videos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it quickly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • a replacement,
  • partial refund,
  • full refund,
  • or reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or lost during transit, please contact us.

For orders with valid tracking:

  • investigations may take time depending on the shipping carrier,
  • and resolution times can vary based on destination country and logistics provider.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier may require confirmation from the local post office before a refund or replacement can be issued.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Beauty and personal care items
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, size, or color, the fastest solution is:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order separately

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Returned items must still meet the eligibility conditions listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to your original payment method,
  • within approximately 10 business days.

Please note:

  • your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time,
  • shipping fees are generally non-refundable,
  • and return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@harkcart.com.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still request a return after delivery if eligible under this policy.
